Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you’re not completely satisfied with your choice, you can exchange it for any other product or return it to us for a full refund within 14 days from the date you received your item. Subject to our terms and conditions below. 

If you wish to return an item please contact us by phone: 07519 828003 or by email: housewarmersonline@gmail.com to confirm whether you would like to exchange your product for something else or return it for a full refund. 

We will then arrange for your item to be collected and refunded or exchanged.

Terms and Conditions

  • In order to return your item to us, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days from the day you received your item. We are unable to arrange exchanges or refunds outside of this period.
  • Goods must be returned in saleable condition, be free from damage and in their original packaging.
  • If you need to return goods that have been damaged or are faulty, we will arrange for the item to be collected at no additional cost to you. 
  • If you wish to return goods that are not damaged or faulty you will be responsible for returning the goods to us and the cost of postage/courier. 
  • If you choose to return your item for a refund, once the goods have been received by us, your refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days and according to our refund policy.
  • If you choose to exchange your item for one that is more expensive, you will be required to pay the extra before the exchange is arranged.
  • If you choose to exchange your item for one that is less expensive, we will raise a refund for the difference which will be processed within fourteen (14) days and according to our refund policy.
